Starting the spring of 2019 with the saga of thoughtful gifting, we have successfully delivered and curated hampers for all occasions, and events. Our team has worked on every hook and corner to change things from ‘just gifting’ to ‘Gifting with emotion’. From Rakhi special gifts to custom Bridesmaids hampers, from employee appreciation gifts to congratulatory hampers, we have done it all! What started as a creativity outflow of our founders, has now fully grown into a well-established business known as Fluorescent Studios and in this process, we found growth, hurdles, highs, and lows, but most importantly the main reason why we do what we do- Sharing happiness through our curations.

This is not just a slogan for us- it is the very essence of Fluorescent Studios. Our hampers are gifts that tell stories, for some, they are a gift full of colorful emotions, and for others, they are words where even words can’t find themselves. THE THEME
Starting from the basics, the first thing that comes to our mind is what is the theme of the event/occasion we want to go for. During the process, our main aim is to find a gift that people would like to receive for themselves. Our major source of inspiration comes from the people around us, friends and family, and of course the likes and preferences of our customers. Observations over the latest trends, market shifts, or things we see around us, and the personalities/characters we follow have made a huge impact in bringing forward ideas that resonate with our target audience. Constant interactions with the customers, and getting to know them better (because yes, the customer IS the best critic) also help us narrow down options and choose the items closest to what they should like. The idea for one of our best sellers - BTS had come from our friend's circle. Her love for K-pop inspired us to curate a BTS boyband gift box. We got such an overwhelming response for the BTS gift, that we designed an entire series of Korean-themed gifts, K-pop, K-drama, and K-food.
HAMPER GOODIES
The main character of our hampers is the goodies inside them. Every item in the box has something to say and has a different use to them. They are like a family that fits together well where everything and everyone is different but is meant to go together. When choosing the contents of the box their functionality (how convenient they are to use), useability (how efficient they are to use), and cost (depending on the pre-decided budget) are the primary factors for deciding the contents. Along with that, the outlook on the current ongoing trends also helps a lot in choosing only the best items. Our creativity guides our way into handpicking products from local artists or customizing products to make them suitable for the theme or requirement. Our family on Instagram also helps us in deciding between different products through polls on our stories which we are always grateful for.
THE NAMING PROCESS
The thing that summarizes the entire hamper, is the name that represents it, and yes, even though it sounds extremely thrilling, exciting, and important, it is equally tough and a hard choice to make. It isn't just a name that we search for, it is the feel and the thoughts that come to your mind when you first read it. After multiple brainstorming ideas with the team, we are finally able to agree on one final name. But sometimes hamper names just come up smooth like butter while working on particular designs or curations which is everything that makes the hamper curation process exciting for us.
THE PHOTOSHOOT
Photographs are what tell us stories and are also THE MOST important for us to bring justice to our curations. We do our photography in-house and try our level best to get the best feel and effect as though you are reading the hamper in your hand. With the help of relevant themed backgrounds and props, we try to bring the entire true feel of the hamper alive. For example, we use diyas, and mithai for Diwali. Etc. Our aim is not to present just pretty pictures but instead give you a realistic look and feel of the curations. Flat-lay images, individual product images, along with reels and videos are also made to showcase the utility of each product placed in the hamper, as we promise to serve only what we show.
THE LAUNCH
The big day is when we are finally able to launch/release the product out into the world. With the edited images we plan out the launch date days prior to the actual event so that our customers have ample time to shop the hamper goodies before the events arrive. We make the products live on our website and simultaneously announce their launch through our social media platforms after teasing our audience with little hints of upcoming hampers to keep the audience engaged. PACKAGING AND SHIPMENTS
The designs and packaging of all of them depend majorly on the theme. We work our level best to present the best and the most unique packaging designs to make everyone fall in love with them at the first sight. From designing special boxes or different packing styles to adding greeting cards suitable to a particular theme we do it all to make sure the gift stays as close to your personal preferences as it can be.
